Apparel we supply assists Dentists and Staff with OSHA compliance.
Position supports Current Customers by answering phone and e-mail inquiries, understanding customer needs, offering solutions, presenting product features and benefits via phone using our Web Site: Position enters and processes orders using our QuickBooks Software.
To ensure customers receive what they order, quality product, and timely deliveries, this position picks, packs and ships their own orders.
Position is responsible to introduce Dentists and Staff to NEW PRODUCTS.
Position collaborates with our creative resource to develop and implement E-Mail and Social Media campaigns throughout each year to develop NEW BUSINESS from our Current Customers.

Ability to Listen and Identify Customer Need as the Initial Step in the Selling Process
Ability to Problem Solve & Calmly Deal with Problems.
Basic Math Accuracy, Good with Numbers
Computer Skills MS Office
QuickBooks Ability to Navigate and Manage Online Resources and Database
Basic Office Equipment Physically Fit Good Medical History
Track Record of Accomplishments.
4 Year College Degree, or 2 year Assoc. Deg with Equiv. Customer Service Experience Compensation:
Base Hourly Wage Plus Monthly Bonus based on Sales Growth
