Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of account executives, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  2. Revenue Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as programming and marketing, to align sales initiatives with overall station goals and promotions.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the radio or broader media industry.
  2. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
