Customer Success Manager Architect

Customer Success Manager Architect, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Advise on and manage Red Hat OpenShift deployments for AI (Artificial Intelligence) and data solutions on Cloud Pak for data. Implement and maintain internal tool to monitor AI models' performance. Configure additional cartridges like DataStage or Db2, to extend Cloud Pak for Data capabilities. Develop and manage containerized applications with OpenShift on CloudPaks for efficient deployment. Advise customers on applying AI Operations practices for reliable AI system operation. Optimize generative AI models for improved performance. Design and implement tailored AI solutions based on customer needs. Engage with client executives, understand requirements, and provide suitable AI and data strategies. Create and present tailored solutions using specified technologies. Deliver compelling presentations during client meetings. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in client deployments. Manage and optimize data storage and processing within Cloud Pak for Data. Monitor AI model performance and make necessary adjustments. Ensure solutions adhere to compliance and security standards, especially in financial services. Utilize: OpenShift, IBM Cloud, AWS (Amazon Web Services), DevOps, Spark - real time processing and batch processing, Kubernetes, Java and J2EE. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related and two (2) years of experience as Data and AI Engineer, Architect or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing OpenShift, IBM Cloud, AWS (Amazon Web Services), DevOps, Spark - real time processing and batch processing, Kubernetes, Java and J2EE. $194744 to $237000 per year.
