Director (New York, NY): Lead a team of analysts to ensure the analysis of infrastructure & project finance transactions. Assist in efforts to enhance rating approaches & criteria development for complex & non-standard credits, in particular relating to emerging infrastructure sectors & alternative/core+ infrastructure, in addition to complex transportation & energy sectors in the US & Canada & across the EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions. Req. Bachelor's degree + 5 yrs of exp. with credit analysis & financial analysis of infrastructure & project finance transactions; rating agency criteria & credit methodology; financial modeling; capital markets; construction risk; &, executing complex rating assignments.
