Member Service Representative

Adams Electric Cooperative is seeking fill an Member Service Representative position. Adams Electric is an electric distribution cooperative located in Camp Point, Illinois. Applicants shall have an Associate's Degree with 2 years of work experience with customer service responsibilities. This position requires excellent public and member relations skills, as well as basic math skills. Applicants must also be proficient in Microsoft applications, have excellent communication and organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines, and work effectively as a team member. The position offers a competitive salary range starting at $45,000-$50,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
