Plant Services Supervisor

New Hampshire Ball Bearing’s Astro Division is located in
Laconia, NH—heart of the scenic Lakes Region. Astro is a
World-Class 440 person, climate-controlled manufacturing
facility that produces spherical bearings, rod ends, sub-

assemblies and other precision metal parts for the aerospace

industry.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing technicians
in repair of electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and
pneumatic systems and components. Applies knowledge of
electrical/electronics and mechanical principles in determining
equipment and production machine malfunctions and applies
skills in restoring to operation. Provide skilled mechanical and
electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing as
well as the facility. Provide primary goal setting and assure task
accomplishment for Preventative Maintenance Program. This
position requires a minimum of a two-year technical degree
with 5 years progressive supervisory experience in a fast paced
manufacturing environment. BS degree is preferred, trades
apprenticeship or equivalent in a technical field.
