Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant-Healthcare Transformation Services.
Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Senior Consultant-Healthcare Transformation Services (multiple positions) in New York, NY to be responsible for driving Enterprise Initiative projects for clients across multiple departments and ensure timely execution of the projects. Responsible for project management, process diagnostics, issue escalation, transition/ handover planning, and driving process improvement and efficiencies using Project Management, LEAN, and Six Sigma tools and methodologies. Create and maintain the process project work plan. Keep the project initiatives on track, escalating issues and overdue tasks (verbally and in writing) when appropriate. Facilitate meetings, including process design sessions. Responsible for deliverables management, resource management, and client management (including business development and providing updates to client leadership). Work with cross-functional matrixed project environment and multiple domains processes, vendors, and teams to share the process impacts and remediation and execution of the project. Coordinate with Genpact’s Digital Consulting leaders and partners to position and sell Genpact’s Digital and Technology service offerings through client discussions, project deals, proposals, and other pre-sales activities by participating in client and sales discussions. Enrich Genpact’s knowledge management repository by collating and sharing best practices, whitepapers, project templates, and assessment frameworks from successful engagements.
Education – Position requires a Master’s degree in Engineering (all), Computer Science, Sciences, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, a related software engineering, computer programmer, or systems analyst position, or related occupation. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all), Computer Science, Sciences, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered, a related software engineering, computer programmer, or systems analyst position, or related occupation is also acceptable. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable. Position headquartered in New York, NY with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 15% of travel required. $159,682 to $167,673 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $159,682 to $167,673. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
