Vice President- Sanctions Advisory Officer w/ BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ. Advise bus on sanctions regs & internal sanctions policies. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or Foreign Equiv) in Acctg, Fin, Law, or rel field & 5 yrs of exp in job offered or a rel role OR Master's deg (U.S. or Foreign Equiv) in Acctg, Fin, Law, or rel field & 2 yrs of exp in job offered or a rel role. Must have 5 yrs of exp (or 2 w/ master's) w/ the following: financial services or regulatory environment; exp in corporate governance & the OFAC or rel regulatory exp regulatory environment; reviewing & analyzing OFAC inquiries & hits for resolutions; investigating potential OFAC violations & trends; conducting OFAC focused enhanced due diligence on trade fin activities & identifying assoc OFAC risks & red flags or any relevant internat'l sanctions restrictions; OFAC or Sanctions; & MS Office Suite incl MS Excel. *Telecommuting permitted 50%: work may be performed w/in normal commuting distance.
