Sr. Associate, Real Estate Consultant

Finance: MSCI, Inc seeks Sr. Associate, Real Estate Consultant in NY, NY to serve as clients' trusted advisor. Project mng client relationships w/ specific clients & industry groups. Req'mts: Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Finance or rel. field & 3 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. occupation: working in direct sales incl achieving target revenue goals; generating tailored presentations for clients on portfolio performance & benchmark results; analy'g real estate mrkt trends on sectors & mrkts across the U.S. to produce analysis for clients; fostering client relationships incl providing mrkt research & due diligence, tailored benchmarks, asset mgmt. & attribution analysis; serving as industry expert for asset mgrs, asset owners & pension funds on products, srvcs & solutions; util'g exp w/ regulatory req'mts in real estate sector that influence data reporting & benchmarking; & util'g exp w/ benchmark methodologies, incl performance & operational metrics specific to real estate. 10% trvl req'd nationally & internationally. Offered salary is btwn $128,600 to $130,000/yr, 40 hrs/wk. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
