Finance: PJT Partners Holdings LP seeks VP, Strategic Advisory in NY, NY, to evaluate, structure, & recommend fin'l & strategic alternatives, incl analysis of mergers, acquisitions, & other strategic combinations, asset sales, & divestures. Req'mts: Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Econ. or rel. field & 5 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or rel. occupation: conducting quantitative analysis of info for dvlpg investment & capital allocation solutions. 3 yrs of exp must incl: utilizing Investment Banking exp. FINRA Certs Series 79 & Series 63 req'd. 10-20% trvl, nat'l & int'l req'd. Spanish or Portuguese proficiency req'd. Offered salary is between $275,000 & $300,000/yr. 40 hrs/wk.
